Found this on You Tube and I can hardly sit still when I watch it!� We'll be landing here and taking off several days later.� This runway was put together
in a scheme that Edmund Hillary was part of, along with a lot of American funding.��Created to enable medical supplies to reach the poorer people in this
remote place. �They had no machinery so the locals got into groups of 30 and went up and down the area, stamping the dirt flat.� It had to be cleared of scrub
and bushy, manually first.� Obviously with the airstrip being closer to Everest, the little area was never the same again.

 I know there's going to be an adrenalin rush on that landing strip.... or will it be the taking off? Jeepers creepers, I hope the
engine doesn't sputter. It's got two propellers doesn't it? I'll have to look at that again....

I have been in the amusement park business for a while and that is on ride I would not want to get in on, or fly for that matter.
