        <![CDATA[ After dreaming for about the last 3 years....  I&#39;m getting some house plans made up.  Have a property that has been subdivided and I had wanted to sell off
the section, but now I&#39;m thinking that section, plus my present house = brand new home.  Had a designed come up with one set of plans, which really
didn&#39;t do it that good for me, so we changed a few things. I was still apprehensive because I know these things always cost more than what they are meant

			<description><![CDATA[ As for the dog..... my son has gone to Oz (his job finished up here unexpectedly), looking for greener pastures, and he still hasn&#39;t sorted a home for
Sammy. Not good for Sammy, or me. We do think he&#39;s lovely, but it won&#39;t work out long term. My other son enjoys having him around, and it&#39;s okay
for now but he will be getting married at the end of the year. It&#39;s unlikely they will be able to afford to care and feed a large dog. And again, it&#39;s
not fair if he has to be... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ It&#39;s certainly helpful working at a valuation company and knowing there is good advice on hand from fellow workmates (aware also that solicitor may be
helpful).  I probably wouldn&#39;t have gone down this road if it property values and construction weren&#39;t under my nose so much.

			<description><![CDATA[ In 5 or so years, Greg &amp; I are looking into getting a place, ideally we&#39;d like to build our own but I think we&#39;re going to have to buy an already
exsisting house.  Either way, we&#39;re staying in the area we&#39;re in now, absolutly beautiful little country town, reminds me so much of the town were I

our Yank cousins out there) friends of mine look the contract over when we bought our house. There were a couple of things that we didn&#39;t agree on but they
were on minor so let them pass.

stage, I&#39;m unsure if I want to get another company to start from scratch and advise on plans.  Tricky thing is that the section is so small, the standard

			<description><![CDATA[ Not really Wick, it should not affect me too much financially.  The subdivision took up the last of my cash (plus more).  But this move of getting a new home
might even leave me with some change.  The house I am in now, will pay for the new one to be built quite easily so long as I don&#39;t get carried away with
extra extravagant fittings or landscaping type of thing.  So I do intend to keep within that as the budget.

don&#39;t know how to wipe their feet at all.

			<description><![CDATA[ Nope and nope! Lol. There will be a cat door, and the dog will have to sleep in the garage. There won&#39;t even be suitable space outside to set up a kennel.
He&#39;s very lucky here as the back was already nicely landscaped and has a kennel tucked in very nicely with half the back fenced off. But he still whines
when it rains....
