        <![CDATA[ This is amazing ... two whales (mother and its calf) were stranded in the shallows and attempts to get them back out to sea were proving unsuccessful, until a
local friendly dolphin came in and helped.  The dolphin led them out around a sandbar to safety.




  After an hour and a half of struggling in the cold ocean, Malcolm Smith was about to give up on trying to save two stranded pygmy sperm whales -
